Through the practice and lifestyle of yoga, it is her desire to help students understand their bodies and train their minds to bring awakening and transformation on every level. Her classes always strive to exemplify and teach the 3 pillars of Kriya Yoga: Tapah, Svadhyaya, and Ishvara Pranidhana. *Tapah- Showing up to life and practice with effort and discipline. Svadhyaya- the study of the True Self and the study of the ancient spiritual texts and their teachings. Ishvara Pranidhana- Divine Surrender; it is only here that rebirth and transformation are truly possible.

Tracey is a passionate student and teacher of the path and way of life that is yoga. Her teachings are a blend of iyengar and anuttara-based training.
