
30 Days of Yoga Challenge
Beginning on January 5th through February 4th, we are challenging you to commit to 10 Days of Yoga.
Practicing yoga for 30 days will not only enhance your current practice but will completely change your life. Motivating yourself to show up not only for class but for yourself every day will shift the way you think, the way you feel, and build a solid foundation of pure intentions and habits.
The 30-Day Yoga Challenge at Atha Yoga Shala is your space to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
How to Sign-Up:
- Come to our front desk at the Atha Yoga Shala and sign-up now through January 4th.
- Give us a call or text at (561) 857-1157 saying you're interested in joining the 30 Day Yoga Challenge.
How the Atha 30 Day Yoga Challenge Works:
- Take a class every day: Hot Sculpt, Vinyasa, Raja, Hatha to Raja, Kundalini, or our Meditation Flow.
- Track your progress on our Challenge Board in the lobby.
- Stay consistent: it's about the journey, not perfection.
30 Day Challenge Completion Reward:
- Free month of yoga (from January 5th to February 4th).
- Unlimited guest passes (from January 5th to February 4th).
- Everyone who completes the challenge will be in a raffle to win a $200 gift card to our Spa!
